Milling/Turning
Our latest machine addition is a DMG MORI SEIKI NLX2500SY 700. With a 3" Bar capacity and a High Torque, High Output Spindle that has a full 5-axis and Live Spindle Motor in the turret. It also has a Touch Screen Control and Full Sub Spindle with High Torque High Output. Can machine up to a 14.4" envelope. One of six just like it!
Milling
We have the ability to CNC mill any material for our customers within a 40" x 20" x 25" envelope size. Our years of machining and engineering experience allows us to support our customers whatever their requirements, be it NPI prototype or higher volume production.
Assembly
Whether simple or complex, large or small, we have the expertise to machine your components in-house, and assemble them together into higher level assemblies.

Our technical team has over 50 years of electrochemical machining experience, primarily via airfoil production for major aircraft engine OEM's.
